Shipping policy

The processing time for wholesale orders is 10 to 15 days to allow us to receive your payment and prepare your order.

Wholesale orders are then sent by DHL from Chad to your country.

Sahel Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited.
